I achieved 7A*s and the rest As at IGCSE and then went on to complete the International Baccalaureate achieving 36. I have an A* and 6 HL in physics from both courses and intend to study physics a Berkeley or Stamford in the USA next year. I also have a nationally awarded Awkright engineering scholarship. I must stress that A-level is not my area of expertise as I studied the IB.

Right, that`s the academics out of the way. Why would you want me to teach you or your son / daughter? I know some people just click with certain subjects and others find them a bit more challenging. I understand that, however having recently been in a similar place I can empathise with what you may be going through. I believe if you cannot explain something simply, then you don`t truly understand it. So I hope my patient nature and clarity will provide fruitful for you in getting your grades.

Availability: I can work most days during the week, day and evening. However less so in the evenings from Thursday onwards. We can discuss in person however I am predominantly flexible.

Willing to travel: 10 miles

Experience: I have taught three 11 year olds from outside of Oakham School and tutored from within school. I am very good with all ages especially where the tutees need to gain this difficult marks.
