University of Cambridge graduate now working as a vet with a First Class degree in Biological & Biomedical Sciences. I have 7 years experience tutoring Maths, Biology and Chemistry at GCSE & A level (achieved A* for all 3), as well as helping with personal statements and mock interviews.
My lessons are interactive and adapted to each individual`s needs, as I strongly believe that every individual has the ability to excel with the right help and encouragement! When learning the course content, my tutees are always encouraged to think for themselves whilst I guide them in the right direction. Lessons will also focus on exam / past paper technique to ensure effective application of knowledge.

Very patient and takes time to help you understand the difficult parts of the knowledge. Uses examples and sticks to the content that is needed to ensure knowledge is accurate! Uses past paper practice which is very effective and works through it with you to increase confidence on independency! Would highly recommend!

My son is really increasing in confidence in Biology as a result of his sessions with Alexa. She explains topics clearly and at a manageable pace. The past paper practice is really useful too. I would definitely recommend Alexa as a tutor.

Alexa is a great tutor. She takes her time and works at the student`s pace - not rushing them and ensuring that they fully understand the topic. Our son is certainly enjoying and gaining a lot from the sessions. I highly rate Alexa.
