I become a teacher later in life after finding my passion for teaching helping family and friends children which was my career turning point. I have a passion for teaching and over the years I have working in many different kinds of school across primary, secondary and international schools. I have been working towards becoming a headteacher and recently completed my NPQSL.

I am also a dad of two adopted boys which was a challenge to get them up to speed with so many gaps. With the right kind of help, consistency and a smile we are now nearly there and they are happy learners.

I love to smile and have fun as I am a true believer that learners will learn more when they are relaxed and having fun. I currently gave up my senior teaching position to stay at home and spend more time with my boys. I do currently keep my toe in by teaching a year 4 class each week at my local primary.

Availability: I am available in the day apart from Friday as I teach year 4 at my local primary. I can also be available early evenings apart from Fridays.

Weekends can be arrange with notice.

Experience: I am an experienced class teacher. I specialise in DT, Computing, Maths, Business and Primary Education.

I do teach the primary curriculum currently to a lovely class of 31 one day a week. Prior to this I have 10 year experience of Secondary teaching of Design Technology (AQA).
