I have been a teacher of secondary English Language and Literature as well as EAL for over 5 years. I have examined GCSE English Literature for two years.

I have an MA in Creative Writing and Literature at Distinction and a First-class BA(Hons) in English Literature. As well as QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) I also have a PGCE and a CELTA Teaching English as Additional Language qualification.

I have an up-to-date enchanced DBS check as part of my current teaching role. I am first-aid qualified.

Availability: I am available for evening tuition primarily, with weekend daytime slots (typically afternoons) available on request and by prior arrangement - usually these need to be organised at least a week in advance.
