Experience: I am an experienced teacher and have been teaching for 10 years.
I have taught both AQA and WJEC (Equqas) exam boards in both English Language and Literaure at GCSE level. I have also tutored students undertaking the Pearson Edexcel exam.
Along with teaching, I have worked as an examiner for both AQA and WJEC/Eduqas in both GCSE English Language and Literature.

Can not recommend Victoria highly enough, with her tutoring skills resulting in our reluctant and previously struggling son securing Grade 6s in both English GCSEs. Victoria meticulously planned each session to align to the GCSE syllabus and timing, used impressive methods from her own teaching and assessment experience to nail exam technique and was warm but appropriately assertive in ensuring our son got the most from each session, including setting work where necessary to maximise progress in-between face to face sessions.

Very impressed with Victoria my son picked up his english gcse results this year after failing it the year before, we would of been happy with a 4 but he got a big fat 5. So pleased with the outcome. Thank you Victoria for all your hard work supporting him and making him believe he can do it! X

Victoria is a great tutor. My daughter jelled with her straight away. Comes prepared for every session discussing with my daughter what she’d like to work on each week. Would highly recommend.
