I am a qualified teacher with expertise in preparing students for national examinations. I have up to date relevant knowledge of all exam boards and believe in giving students all the tools necessary to secure the highest grade possible. I have an engaging and friendly nature but also have high expectations. I am bilingual in French and English and have a near native level of Spanish having lived in Spain for over two years and having a degree in the subject. I have a masters in teaching and learning from Oxford University where I have developed a strong awareness of how students learn best. Defne was a super tutor for our son at Spanish GCSE. She encouraged and cajoled him, overcame his concerns, and steered him towards getting the results he wanted. I would definitely recommend her to other students.

Dee is a very motivating tutor. She was key in helping my son achieve a grade B in French. I am sure that he would have achieve one or two grades lower if he had not been tutored by Dee.
