Hi, I graduated with a first in Primary Education from Durham University. Whilst I specialised in English I am confident and more then capable of teaching any other aspect required. I am professional and friendly and am dedicated to helping those in my care progress, and exceed their expectations. These are qualities which helped secure my current job in Year 6. I am willing to travel and am DBS checked.
Availability: Weekends and evenings.

Ciara had lots of enthusiasm, plenty of ideas and patience to engage our youngest, who was finding it difficult to write. Always prompt and courteous, Ciara puts the child first - adapting the lesson and length according to their age, ability and concentration that day. Thoroughly recommend.

Ciara is currently teaching my two children, girl in Y2 (maths, English) and boy in Y9 (maths). She is communicating well with both of them and finds out the topics they need to improve their skills. Don`t have any SMART results yet to see whether the tutoring affects their test results.
