Hi…I am a fun and engaging tutor of English with a passion for teaching and learning. My main subject areas that I teach are GCSE English language and literature. Functional skills English is also a strength, ranging from entry level to L2.
I have taught from KS3-5 and adults with great success rates. I am based in Stansted, Essex and work in East London. I have extensive experience both on line and face to face teaching.
I can build rapport with learners with ease and we often have fun along the way. My teaching style is flexible and adapted to individual needs and learning styles.
My initial introduction will ascertain where the learner is at currently, areas for development and general discussions on likes and dislikes.
I am familiar with the curriculum around all key stages and worked with many of the exam boards. I also have 5 yrs of AQA examiner experience which helps me to deliver great results with learners.

Experience: I have over 16 yrs teaching experience in teaching 14yr olds up to mature adults. Both functional skills and GCSE English language and Literature
