Information about Mostafa

I am studying for an MSc in Particles, Strings and Cosmology at Durham University 2019/20.

I have always found mathematics and the sciences natural to me. I have a Master`s degree (MPhys) in Theoretical Physics from the University of St. Andrews. I have a solid understanding of undergraduate physics and I am experienced in topics beyond such as Quantum Field Theory, Group Theory and General Relativity. I love teaching all aspects of science, and I love seeing students turn from knowing absolutely nothing to gaining great confidence in their knowledge and abilities.

I let the student work through problems and input as little as possible to make them figure it out on their own. Otherwise I teach the concepts the student finds difficult fully.

Availability: Generally free anytime other than 9-4 weekdays.

For cancellations made within 4 hours of the arranged time, I charge 50% on top of the next lesson.

Willing to travel: 50 miles

Experience: I have been tutoring since my fifth year at high school (16 years old) where I tutored Higher Mathematics while also studying it. I have extensive knowledge and experience tutoring the Scottish Curriculum for Excellence, and extensive knowledge of the A-Level system.
My grades for Advanced Higher are:
A - Physics
A - Maths
B- Chemistry
Higher: 5A`s in English, Mathematics and the three sciences.
