Information about Tom

Experienced, qualified, employed Secondary School Teacher of 15 years
Though I trained and have mainly worked as an MFL Teacher (French, German and Spanish), I retrained 2 years ago as a Maths Teacher, as it is a passion of mine.
I can therefore, with lots of secondary teaching experience, offer tuition for:
- Maths to GCSE
- French and German to A-Level
- Spanish to GCSE

I teach / tutor using very modern, interactive and dynamic methods, and am as comfortable and confident teaching face-to-face as I am online through sites such as Zoom.

I have an excellent record of exam results, spanning all year groups and ability ranges. I have also taught the IB. I currently teach at a secondary school in Somerset.

I am energetic and outgoing, and feel able to inspire people to firstly enjoy and consequently make progress in whatever subject they put their mind to.

Availability: As many do, I juggle childcare and work, so availability can be negotiated to find mutually convenient slots.

Willing to travel: Home Only

Experience: 15 years full time secondary education
Teach / have taught Maths to GCSE, French & German to A-Level/IB and Spanish to GCSE
