I tutored GCSE and A-level students to help them learn and develop skills to put them in the upper quartile of their class, and realistically aim for top grades. 85% of my tutees achieve two grades above their school`s predictions. I have taught over 1700+ lessons, and I have 25 years of experience in the classroom. I will be happy to offer references and a short trial session free of charge.

I like to use current affairs and scientific innovation to motivate students, but I also know that practise makes perfect, hence I focus on examination technique and understanding ideas in the context of exam questions. I believe that confidence is 80% of the formula for success ,but thtat most effort is required by the 20% knowledge and skills demands of each course.
