As an English subject specialist (rated as Outstanding by Ofsted), having taught in successful schools for over a decade, I have a keen passion for supporting young people in achieving their life-goals and increasing their life-chances through gaining their very best results in English.
I am flexible, friendly and professional, with a focus that is centred upon the success of learners as individuals. My key aim is to ensure that each student receives an experience tailored to their needs and never uses a `one-size-fits-all` model. I am a GCSE AQA examiner as well as a verified member of the UK Tutors` Association.

Availability: Monday to Friday 9AM - 9PM
Weekend hours can be arranged.
Online tuition can also be provided as an option within these time-slots.

Experience: An Ofsted rated Outstanding teacher of English, working with students aged 11-18 for over 12 years teaching both English Language and Literature.
I also perform a role as an AQA GCSE Examiner, oversee and manage other high-quality tutors and their performance and attend regular training seminars from professional bodies including the UK Tutors` Association - of which I am a member.
I am fully insured to work privately in homes with students, and have over a decade`s worth of experience in ensuring students are supported in their studies outside of school as well as in. I am fully DBS checked and certified.
