Recent BA History graduate (2:1) from Christ Church, University of Oxford. I have experience as a Maths, History and English tutor and teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL certified).

Availability: *I am available for online lessons e.g. on Zoom, Skype or Microsoft Teams*

In general, I am flexible about timing as long as I am informed in advance.

Experience: I taught English as a foreign language in Japan, Peru and Thailand, and I was a Maths tutor for a well known Maths and English study programme for 3 years. I have also tutored Maths, English and History to students of varying levels for the past 2 years.

I am well versed in essay writing and structure from my History degree, so am very comfortable helping with essay writing subjects such as History and English.
I have good numeracy skills as I studied Maths and Further Maths at A Level and completed a "Quantification in History" module as part of my degree, so am also happy to help with lower level Maths qualifications.
I can also help with preparation for Oxbridge applications, tests (such as the HAT) and interviews.

I enjoy developing positive relationships with my students and I aim to simultaneously help students improve and to gain a passion for their subject. My approach includes identifying each student`s strengths and weaknesses to ensure our sessions are a success and tailored to their individual needs.
