I am a secondary mathematics teacher. The nature of my work in education has prepared me for this position. I am a dependable and organised professional who can inspire success, communicate at all levels, and deliver high-quality motivational skills with a passion for a higher standard of learning. My objective as a teacher is to foster a positive learning environment for all students, and my expertise aligns with the qualifications needed for the position.
In addition, I have successfully employed differentiated teaching strategies to cater for all students` abilities when teaching and found that this led to many positive outcomes, such as a sense of achievement in students, improvement in behaviour and stimulation of learning.
Working with Special Needs School for 12+ years in KS3 and KS4 as a TA. As shown by my experience in school, I am enthusiastic about education and always strive to do the best for my students. During my work, I have also implemented positive changes in my practice to serve my students better. Moreover, I am incredibly enthusiastic about student education, progress and goals to achieve.
