I am a CELTA qualified native English speaker eager to help students of any ability and age, to reach their goals in learning English. I teach online in a very supportive and calm environment, tailoring each lesson to the student`s particular needs.

In addition, I am bilingual in French and English, and can also provide lessons for those studying French for GCSE and A-Level/Cambridge Pre-U, focusing on all aspects of those exams (reading/listening, grammar/vocabulary, speaking and literature analysis).

Experience: ENGLISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE:
I am CELTA qualified. I taught groups ranging from 4 to 12 multi-lingual adults at two different levels: pre-intermediate and upper-intermediate. During my training, I also created my own exercises for both upper-intermediate and pre-intermediate classes as well as preparing and teaching a range of skills and systems lessons from popular ESL course books, which I adapted and supplemented to address my learners’ specific needs. I was able to integrate learner centred and communicative techniques into the classroom and developed a strong rapport with my students, colleagues and tutors alike.

FRENCH:
I am bilingual in English and French and recently completed my DELF B1 and Cambridge Pre-U in French attaining a Distinction 1. I previously worked in a French summer camp in Lyon caring for French children aged 7-12 and running activities. Furthermore I was a teaching language assistant in a French Saturday school based in London.
