Information about Nadia

I am an International Relations graduate from Queen Mary, University of London, with three years of experience in international relations, foreign policy and government.
I am a well connected active citizen, currently working within the third sector where I run two youth organisations.

Most recently I attended the prestigious One Young World conference after being offered a scholarship from Gilead Sciences due to my contributions to public health.

I am looking to provide tuition to politics and international relations students given my practical and education experience within this field.

Availability: Via Zoom and Skype at home.

Nadia is the head of the World Youth Alliance`s UK Chapter. WYA is an accredited ECOSOC Civil Society Network NGO. WYA can thus access UN grounds, attend meetings, and speak as a civil society representative.

Prior to that, Nadia worked briefly as a researcher focusing on UK foreign policy post Brexit.

Upon graduating she worked in Austria and Kosovo on Human Rights related issues as a consequence of the Balkan war.

In 2018, Nadia set up The Delicate Mind C.I.C which works across the UK and within the Criminal Justice System to provide workshops around identity, faith and masculinity assessing these themes impact upon the Muslim diaspora`s mental ill health.

Recipient of Scholarship to attend the Oxford Young Muslim Leadership Programme at the Oxford Centre for Islamic Studies for outstanding contributions to public life.
Shortlisted for Asian Woman of Achievement Award in the Public Service category in 2019.
Recipient of the Aziz Foundation Advancing Advocacy Scholarship to study Space, Risk and Disaster Reduction at UCL.
Recipient of Gilead Sciences scholarship for significant contributions to public health.
