Hello! My name is Ms. Emma. I am a fully qualified primary school teacher with 18 years of teaching experience. I can help students with English, Maths, Science or Humanities. I have over 10 years of experience working in British Schools in Asia and I am very confident in helping children to develop their spoken and written English language.

I offer lessons online only.

I will assess new students and design an individual program to help them achieve their goals. Whether that is exam preparation, revision, 11+ practice or to help improve a student`s confidence in a particular subject, I can design lessons to support and motivate pupils making them feel valued and I share progress with them so they can feel proud of what they have achieved.

I make lessons that are well resourced, where the learning is explained clearly, that have lots of interactive activities and I aim for lessons to be engaging and fun. I will regularly assess the students to see what their next steps in their learning need to be.

I am flexible and accommodating to any learning needs and I am experienced in working with children with a variety of learning support needs and children with English as an Additional Language.

Availability: I have a number of different slots available. Until October I will have slots in the day time and Tuesday and Thursday evenings. I am happy to provide online tutoring.

Experience: Since gaining my PGCE in 2003, I worked in Rugby Warwickshire at the same school for eight years. In my time there I was the leader for English, Science and the Creative Curriculum, as well as teaching Year 1 to Year 6

I have worked with many international students across the world in some of the top international schools in Asia.
