Information about Stephanie
Currently deputy head of English in a good secondary school with 5 years teaching experience and 4 years of one-to-one tutoring with exceptional results.
I have trained and worked in two of the best schools in Surrey enabling me obtain the best practice and pedagogy.
I have a 100% pass rate. Many of my students have built their love of English and have gone on to win writing competitions/had their work published.
Availability: For September starts. Unless living in the local area, Sunningdale, all tuition is to be online as I am on maternity leave.

Experience: After my first year of teaching I started tutoring and have had many successful students pass with their target grade or above.
I have marked GCSE examinations for AQA for the past two years, enabling me to fully understand what the exam board is looking for in the responses.
I graduated from the University of the Arts London in 2013 with a degree in Media and Cultural Studies. In 2018 I completed my PGCE and QTS with Sussex University.
I currently teach and have experience in KS3, KS4 and KS5 English Literature and Language. Exam boards: AQA, EDEXCEL and Eduqas.

Steph is a brilliant teacher, she has taught both my daughters at KS2 and GCSE level for the last 4 months now. Both my daughters have made very good progress in their subject and are happy learning with Steph, who really encourages and motivates them to progress further. . I highly recommend her, a really lovely teacher.
