Hi, I am a MSci chemistry graduate at the Univeristy of Nottingham. I tutor A level chemistry and biology as well as GCSE all three sciences and maths but I am happy to help at all levels of learning. I believe in finding the learning style that works best for each student as everyone has their own way of understanding the world. In terms of structure, I firstly aim to give understanding of the subject content, focusing on building confidence in the areas they are struggling with. Once the student has this confidence, I teach them how to apply this effectively to get the best grade possible. This important as exam technique changes through education levels, which takes getting used to.

I am happy to introduce your next years studies over the summer to help give you the best head-start possible. Making you more confident in the year ahead.

Availability: Having just finished my own exams, I am very flexible with tutoring hours.

Experience: I have tutored professionally for two years, tutoring one student in year 13 and one at GCSE level. Both of which improved their grade by at least one. I originally tutored my A level student in-person, but they asked to continue the tutoring online once I moved back to university. Beyond this, I have been helping friends and their siblings with science and maths for years. I also know from first-hand experience what it takes to improve grades as I improved all of my A level grades from AS to A2 by at least 1 grade. In terms of education I have just completed my Master`s achieving an upper 2:1.
