Information about Andrew
With 25 years` experience of secondary science teaching, I have an excellent understanding of how to best help students grasp concepts and develop skills. With four children of my own, I know how to encourage and work through difficulties.
Availability: I teach full-time so evenings only, from 6pm.
I am happy for students to travel to me but I find that Zoom is excellent for tutoring purposes.

4 years at Davison High School for Girls.
7 years at The Angmering School as head of physics.
12 years at Grace International School in Chiangmai, Thailand as head of science.
2 years as physics teacher at St Phillip Howard School.
3 years as Easter revision tutor for A level Physics at Dean Close School, Cheltenham.
While providing help to hundreds of students over that time I have extensive experience tutoring individuals in GCSE science and A level physics. I have 12 years of experience teaching US Advanced Placement physics courses.

My daughter has learnt more with Andrew the last month than she has in the whole of year 10 at school. Andrew adapts to his students level of understanding, he is very patient and demonstrates the fundamentals carefully and intricately. My daughter looks forward to and enjoys his lessons. I would highly recommend Andrew to any student struggling with science.
