As a fully qualified teacher, I am in a perfect position to interpret and translate mathematical skills that a student requires to progress in this subject.

Being a classroom teacher has equipped me to identify the mistakes and misconceptions students make in learning maths and therefore try to preempt and deal with these prior to them arising.

I appreciate the frustrations working through maths problems can create and have developed the patience to identify the gaps in my students knowledge and cater to these as required for the benefit of my students.

I am great at building relationships with my students as this helps them adapt to my style of teaching and be relaxed enough to ask questions or explain any difficulties they have.

These are the skills I will bring to my tutoring with the view to helping each individual student reach their full potential and excel.
