Hello, my name is Ian and I specialise in helping people become stronger, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.
I have been teaching for over 15 years now and I love helping people.
I will do my best to help you and will be there for every step of your journey.

Experience: With over 15 years of experience working with many people I have fine tuned my skills to find you the best method to achieve your goals as quickly as possible.

I work with the whole body, and can therefore see what is causing problems, so rather than covering up the symptoms with painkillers for a short term fix, get rid of the cause and get the results you deserve

I have a lot of experience training and teaching martial arts, Pilates, Yoga, Personal training, as well as many different types of therapy.
