I have prior experience as a teaching assistant and over five years experience as a Key Stage Two teacher.
Before working in the teaching profession, I gained experience in the creative field as a trained artist and illustrator (Having worked on various projects based around Manchester). I have a passion for all creative outlets, which I believe allows me to have a broad spectrum of teaching strategies that can allow children of all ability levels to achieve the best they can.
I hold an Honors Degree and I am working towards a Masters qualification in Child Development.
Availability: I am available weekdays after 4:30pm and Weekends between 9:00am and 6:00pm

Experience: I have over five years experience in teaching (Covering years 3-6 in KS2 which includes two years as a year six teacher -as such, I have in depth experience of SATS testing and the attainment targets needed for such a year. I have previously held the position of Science Lead/Coordinator and am currently the PE manager/coordinator at my school.
I have experience in the English Writing Moderation process and knowledge of the key skills needed for children to be working at the Age Related Expectation (ARE) across the KS2 year-groups.
I have worked closely with the Mathematics Lead coordinator at my current school and have developed a number of reliable methods in line with the National curriculum to ensure children both enjoy, and can achieve well, in Mathematics.
