I am a GCSE maths tutor but can also teach younger ages. I have a degree in maths (1st class) and then a masters also in maths. I worked in statistical analysis for 20 years prior to becoming a maths tutor.

I am a committed, reliable and hard-working tutor. I am patient and understanding. I get great satisfaction knowing that my pupils are improving and achieving their goals. I can help with revision for GCSEs or other exams; I have in depth subject knowledge. I can also liaise with a child`s teacher if desired.

I am happy to provide the first lesson for free. I am also happy to give 30 minute lessons for half the hourly rate if students come to my house.

Availability: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday evenings from 4:00-8:00, Sunday afternoons.

Willing to travel: 3 miles

Experience: I have been tutoring now for 5 years. Prior to that I have been a volunteer maths tutor at various schools.
