I am a native Chinese Mandarin tutor with both Chinese and British educational background (BA and MA) in Language, Culture and Translation (Chinese - English). I am a professional tutor with my own teaching brand LingLing Mandarin, aims at providing quality private education to business professionals and school learners through both Online and F2F tutoring.

I have my own YouTube Channel for my teaching brand, offering fun & free learning videos for students to enjoy outside of private lessons.

Chinese is one of the most dynamic & fascinating languages in the world, I design lessons in a fun & creative way to help students to achieve their different learning goals. I combine language teaching and cultural training, covering speaking, listening, reading and writing, helping students to progress from beginner to advanced levels.

To help students to gain a profound understanding of Chinese classic culture, I also offer optional units, including Chinese calligraphy, Guzheng music, Chinese history, and classic Chinese literature - Tang Poems & Song Lyrics, the Book of Songs, Chuci, The Art of War, Romance of the Three Kingdoms, etc.

I believe Chinese language learning is also a new way of thinking, an adventurous exploration, and a lifelong-beneficial experience!
