Hello! I’m a dedicated and supportive tutor with over four years of experience teaching Mathematics and Science to students of various ages and abilities. During this time, I’ve helped learners strengthen their understanding, boost their confidence, and achieve their academic goals through clear explanations, structured lessons, and a positive learning environment.
My approach is student-centred, adaptive, and encouraging. I take time to understand each learner’s strengths, challenges, and motivations, tailoring my teaching methods to suit their individual needs. Whether it’s breaking down complex scientific concepts or guiding students through tricky mathematical problems, I focus on building both understanding and confidence.
Over the years, I’ve worked with students preparing for exams, catching up on missed learning, or striving for higher grades. I use practical examples, regular feedback, and engaging activities to make learning meaningful and enjoyable.

Availability: I offer flexible tutoring sessions Monday to Friday (afternoons and evenings) and weekends by arrangement. I’m available for both online and in-person sessions, depending on your location and preference.

Experience: I have over four years of experience tutoring Mathematics and Science to students of different ages and abilities across various learning environments, including schools, libraries, and students’ homes. This diverse experience has given me a strong understanding of how to adapt my teaching style to suit each learner’s needs and environment.
In schools, I worked with small groups and individual students who required additional academic support, helping them strengthen their understanding of key concepts and improve their confidence in problem-solving. In libraries and community settings, I provided focused study sessions that encouraged independent learning and effective revision strategies. When tutoring in students’ homes, I developed personalised lesson plans tailored to their school curriculum, goals, and learning pace.
Through consistent support, clear explanations, and practical examples, I have helped students raise their grades, improve test scores, and gain greater confidence in their abilities. I take pride in seeing learners become more motivated, self-reliant, and enthusiastic about Maths and Science, and I always strive to create a positive learning experience that inspires long-term academic growth. For both in person and online tutoring, I additionally have 4 years of experience in teaching students with SEN, particularly students with ADHD, ASD, autism and dyslexia.
