Experience: I have taught the AQA GCSE English Language and Literature syllabus for four years. In this time, as an AQA examiner, I have marked comprehensive type answers correlating to fiction and non-fiction extracts against the AQA GCSE Language mark scheme. I have also marked analysis type answers correlating to Macbeth, A Christmas Carol, An Inspector Calls and Power and Conflict poetry against the AQA GCSE Literature mark scheme. I also teach strategies and help students practice skills for creative writing. Within all of this I check and correct spelling, punctuation and grammar.
