Head of Biology at a school in Shropshire and Aspire to Higher Education Lead. I have taught secondary science for 6+ years.
Private Biology tutor.
I have a first class degree in Medical Science from the University of Birmingham, as well as an academic award from the General Society for Microbiology. In addition, I have carried out placements at two independent cancer research laboratories to investigate treatments for breast and colorectal cancers.
Availability: After-school hours only Monday-Friday.
No weekends.

Experience: I am a qualified Science Teacher of six years. I am currently working as the Lead Teacher for Biology at a local secondary school.
I have experience teaching A-Level biology and chemistry (AQA Chemistry and OCR Biology) as well as GCSE biology, chemistry and physics (AQA and edexcel). I additionally teach KS3 science (Bio/Chem/Physics).
Aside from my teaching, I have previously worked as a pharmaceutical microbiologist.
