My passion lies in creating inclusive, supportive learning environments where all pupils can thrive, regardless of their starting point. I have extensive experience working with children with additional needs and those with low confidence, and I take pride in helping them build resilience, self-belief, and a love for learning.

Experience: With nearly 30 years of experience in education, I have taught across the primary age range in four fantastic UK schools and spent a memorable year teaching in California. Throughout my career, I have held a variety of roles, including class teacher, headteacher, and Ofsted inspector, giving me a broad and in-depth understanding of the education system. I have extensive knowledge of the primary curriculum and am passionate about helping every child achieve their full potential.
