I have recently retired having taught for many years in a wide range of both independent, and state, schools and colleges. For many years I was examiner for both GCSE (Science) and "A" level Biology and I continue to work for one of the major examination boards.

I tutor "A" level Biology and also "Combined" Science and separate Biology, Chemistry and Physics up to GCSE level. I am very up to date with all the recent changes in both the GCSE and "A" level specifications.

I am passionate about all areas of Science and continue to further my knowledge by both reading, and by following online MOOC courses.

I aim to support students in a manner that will enable them to reach their fullest potential

Availability: I am available almost all of the time. for most students this means evenings and weekends but for students in years 12 & 13 it may also mean during the day.

Willing to travel: Home Only
