I`m Shad, a graduate entry medical student at the University of Nottingham. I have two previous degrees from King`s College and UCL in a similar field of study.

I have 3 years of tutoring experience ranging in everything from 11+ entrance exams to A Level Biology and Chemistry. I would like to focus on A level science subjects as I feel most comfortable teaching in a subject that I use everyday as a medical student.

I am a very friendly and approachable tutor and I hope to provide a fun and engaging lesson that truly sparks your interest in the subject like it has for me. I use a variety of methods including interactive games, quizzes, videos and exam papers to make sure you are well prepared for your exams.

I am always willing to listen and adapt to what method works best for you so that you get the most out of the lessons. I am also open to questions about a career in medicine and can help support your application to the subject.

Availability: I am available weekdays evenings.

Experience: I have experience working in a Saturday School for Year 10 students and I have run my own tuition in GCSE Maths and A Level Bio and Chemistry for over 2 years before starting medical school.

There`s nothing that makes me more happy than seeing a child grasp something that only a few minutes ago they thought they couldn`t do. I use a wide variety of teaching methods and am always willing to adapt to your preferred learning style.

One of my proudest moments was bringing up a student`s grade from a predicted D to a grade B in GCSE maths.
