Hi,
I`m Rory, a final year master`s of maths student at Warwick University with a first average (top 3 university for mathematics in the UK).
My main focus when tutoring is to be as engaging as possible. When a student is enjoying the session due to the delivery, they will be far more likely to learn and want to find out more.

I love presenting problems (especially mathematical) in real-world scenarios and linking the concepts to relatable ideas so that the students can understand them. This is necessary because many topics in the education system have very little context as to why they are being learnt.

Every student is capable of surprising even themselves when it comes to academics and I believe this whole-heartedly.

Experience: -I have completed 3 years of my integrated masters with a first average and completed the TMUA, STEP and MAT papers prior to university.

- I have now also tutored for 200+ hours on Tutorhunt to several positive reviews and 100+ hours from private tutoring.

-8 9`s at GCSE and 3 A*`s at A-level

- I completed a teaching internship at an upper school shadowing teachers and taking lessons.

-I am signed up to be a tutor for first-year maths students at my University in my fourth year.

- I tutored GCSE students in a whole range of subjects for 2 years at my upper school.
