I am a qualified secondary school teacher specialising in GCSE and A-Level Geography, Business Studies, and Law. My tutoring focuses on building a clear understanding, strong exam technique, and confidence in written responses.

I support students in developing effective essay structure, applying subject knowledge accurately, and meeting assessment objectives consistently. Lessons are structured, supportive, and tailored to each student’s needs, with a clear focus on helping students feel more confident and prepared for assessments and examinations.

Availability: I am currently available for online tutoring in the early evenings between 6:00pm and 8:00pm, and on Saturdays between 9:00am and 5:00pm.

Additional availability may be possible by arrangement.

Experience: I am a fully qualified teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have successfully completed my statutory teacher induction.

I have taught across KS3, GCSE, and A-Level, and am familiar with the demands of UK examination courses, including exam board expectations, assessment objectives, and command words.

I also have experience working as an examiner, which gives me a clear understanding of how exam responses are assessed and what is required to achieve higher marks. This allows me to support students in improving accuracy, structure, and exam technique.

My classroom experience means I am confident supporting a wide range of learners, including students who lack confidence, need structure, or want to improve their overall exam performance.
