I am in my final year of a mathematics degree at the University of Warwick - on track for a high first, and have experience tutoring maths up to A-level, and physics up to GCSE.

In addition to standard tutoring I can offer AEA, STEP and Personal statement help for university applicants.

In a class setting the focus may sit heavily on simply solving problems, leaving a student to fall behind never fully understanding the hows and whys.
Similarly a teacher may go deeply into the mathematics, but how exactly to tackle questions on the exam remains a mystery.

The tailored, individual lessons I offer can find the right balance to address the needs of the individual student, whilst instilling the confidence to thrive and begin to enjoy learning the subject.

Experience: I have been tutoring for six years and have helped many students to improve their grades and gain confidence in the subject.

I have a background in engineering and am currently at the end of a mathematics degree on track for a 1st. Beyond my studies in maths I have had the oportunity to take modules in teaching and education.

Last summer I was contracted by Snaprevise to write a revision guide and exam practice questions for maths A-level, as such I am very familiar with the syllabus and how it is examined.
