I have been teaching languages (French, Spanish and English) for over 25 years and have spent most of this time teaching in schools across Cornwall.
I teach all ages and levels from infants up to A level and have a wealth of experience.
I prepare students for exams as well as preparing students for living abroad giving them accelerated learning classes if necessary.
I teach either individuals or small groups and can travel to you or you come to me.
I will work out for you a specially tailored course that will be suitable for your individual requirements.
Availability: I am available most of the time during the day and evening and am happy for you to vary the time each week.
Willing to travel: 20 miles
Experience: Over 25 years teaching all levels across Cornwall and also teaching abroad. I am also a qualified life coach and know how to get the best out of my students.

Tony is teaching my partner and myself French and we are really enjoying it, Tony is easy going and makes the lesson fun, we really do have a laugh and look forward to the lessons each week. We have different levels of french knowledge and Tony has tailored the lessons to our own levels and kept us both engaged without adding pressure. He works your likes and dislikes into the conversation so you are talking about things you have an interest in and can practice in between lessons. We are really pleased how quickly we have picked it up which encourages you to learn more.

Tony is a very genuine guy. He very quickly judged my level of French, was able to keep me talking & listening whilst throwing in the odd more challenging vocabulary & topics. Tony is a very patient tutor - knowing when to give you time & when to assist. I`ve never felt so confident to speak French to anyone else or for so long. At the end of the session he told me what we would tackle over the next few weeks. Overall, Tony seems a very experienced & encouraging tutor. Can`t wait for next week!
