I am a qualified,experienced, friendly and professional Biology teacher offering private tuition in KS3 Science and Biology at A Level and GCSE. Having taught for 10 years with a specialism in A Level Biology I began my tutoring business last year, working with both GCSE and A Level students. I am fully up to date with the new exam specifications and am able to offer full tuition for any home educated students.

Sessions are tailored to the individual needs and ability of the students, with a variety of methods used to review topics, build confidence and to support and encourage the student`s independent revision.

I can also offer small group sessions for home education groups or groups of friends at a discounted rate per pupil.

One off or regular sessions available, with no commitment.

Tutoring can take place either in my own home, or the student`s home. Please note that to cover travel costs, a fee of £2.50 per session will apply for distances over 5 miles, and £5 for distances over 10 miles.

Reviews from previous tutees are available on request.

Availability: Monday-Friday after school and evening, Saturday mornings, and weekday daytime for any home educated or college students.

Experience: I have taught science for 10 years in a variety of contexts, including a Further Education college, independent girls` school and a selective state sixth form, with a specialism in A Level Biology. I have been tutoring since Sept 18. .
