I am a final year university student at King`s College London studying Mathematics and Philosophy Bsc.

I am currently tutoring alongside my studies as I am flexible with times, I offer online lessons as well as in person if you are local to me in london. Please feel free to message to discuss preferences.

I attended Alleyn’s school for sixth form where I gained a full academic scholarship. I studied Maths (A*), Further Maths (A), Philosophy (A) and Physics (B) for A levels so I am confident in tutoring Maths and English.I can also tutor all the sciences: Biology, Physics and Chemistry for up to GCSE level.

I previously attended Newstead Wood Grammar School for years 7-11 so I am familiar with the 11+ entrance exams so I am confident in tutoring for them. I completed my GCSEs in 2018 where I took the new 9-1 grades GCSE specification and achieved mostly 8s and 9s (equivalent to A* and A**s) iin all my subjects. These were my results:

I believe that tutoring should be a more personal form of education and I always encourage the student to ask questions on content they don’t understand. I provide students with many practice questions and guidance to ensure that they have more success in both understanding the topics and in exams.

Experience: I have already tutored students in Maths and Sciences at KS3 level, providing them with more techniques and easier methods for problems as well as giving them more practice questions to enhance their knowledge.
I have been turning up reliably and punctually each week engaging with the students and working through any problems to ensure they understand the concepts.
I have also been a tutor at my local study centre Kumon so I am experienced in working with young children, tutoring maths and English. Also, I have been a Maths Mentor at Alleyns School for the past 2 years so feel confident with working with children to ensure they achieve to the best of their abilities.
