My name is Rebecca and I am an experienced tutor in Maths at KS3, GCSE and A level. If you are looking for Maths tuition on a regular basis or just a one off session before your exams, please get in touch! I am available to tutor in person in South London or online, Mondays-Thursdays. I am quite flexible with timings, so just let me know what is best for you and I`ll see what I can do!

I am passionate about science and maths and I hope to encourage the same enthusiasm in students at earlier stages in their education. I have always enjoyed learning, from GCSEs through to university level and I am currently completing a PhD in Medical Imaging at University College London.

Availability: I am available Mondays-Thursdays, from 4 pm. However, I am quite flexible, so if you would prefer an earlier time, please do get in touch.

Experience: I offer one to one tuition, tailoring the lessons to the specific needs of the student. In the first session I would like to focus on getting to know the student, what interests them about the subject as well as the areas they find the most challenging. This will enable me to design lessons which are both engaging and focused. I think it is important for a student to think for themselves and to have the confidence to solve problems and make informed decisions based on calculations and analysis, therefore my lessons are very interactive.

I have a first class (hons) Masters in Chemistry from The University of Manchester as well as an MRes in Medical Imaging from University College London. For my PhD I am working on a multidisciplinary project, requiring knowledge from all three core sciences, as well as a high level of understanding in maths.
