I am a qualified and highly experienced German teacher, with over seventeen years of experience teaching German to students and adults. I am holding a Master`s degree in Science from J.W. Goethe University in Frankfurt. I am adept at successfully preparing students for GCSE, AS-Level, and A-Level examinations. My communication and relationship-building skills are excellent and I am able to build rapport with students of a wide range of ages and capabilities, establishing the ideal teaching style and methods for each individual. My teaching is energetic and I make sure that my lessons are tailored to the objectives and requirements of the individual student.

Availability: At the moment I have availability on Tuesdays until 2 pm, Thursdays until 2 pm and Fridays.

Experience: Since 2001 I`ve been teaching German to adults and students at the Goethe Institute and the City Lit in London.
I provide bespoke German lessons to students on all levels and from different cultural and religious backgrounds, teaching on a one-to-one basis and in groups.
I have been preparing GCSE, AS and A- Level students successfully for their exams, assisting them in filling in knowledge gaps and improving their confidence.
Furthermore I`ve been giving teacher training workshops at Bristol University for PGCE students, studying to become teachers of German, helping them to improve their skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.
I have developed and implemented blended learning courses on Moodle platform at the Goethe Institute London for GCSE and AS- Level material for students, to ensure they get an optimal preparation for their exams.
As a certified examiner at the Goethe Institute for all levels (A1-C2) I posses the expertise to prepare you for Goethe exams.
At the City Lit I provide support lessons for students with hearing problems and dyslexia, altering lessons to reflect these additional requirements to ensure students get the optimal experience.
Furthermore I am experienced teaching German to business people, tailoring lessons to the individual students to ensure their needs are met. Companies I have taught German include:
