I am an Explorer Scout Leader and Group Secretary for 1st Rye Scout group, so I am very used to working, teaching, leading and guiding young people. I also thoroughly enjoy it.

My strong academic subjects are English language and literature, critical history, religious studies and French. I have A-Levels in English Language, English Literature and History. Also an AS in French.

I am studying English Language and Linguistics as an undergraduate degree.

I am a happy and highly motivated person, I have three younger siblings with whom I get on very well, so I am used to interacting with people much younger than myself.

My interests include reading, writing, dance, movies and adventuring (with the Scouts).

Availability: I am very flexible as I only have 8 contact hours a week for my university course, therefore times and dates can be agreed as we go.

Willing to travel: 5 miles

Experience: I run and lead a diverse programme for teens aged 14-18, this is as a result of my volunteering work with The Scout Association. Academically I have tutored peers in French when I was studying my AS level French.
