I’m a dedicated QTS-qualified teacher with broad experience across mainstream and specialist education. My teaching approach is creative and inclusive — I tailor every lesson to each learner’s strengths, helping them gain confidence, independence and genuine enjoyment in learning.

Experience: I’m a qualified teacher with a degree in English and American Literature (2:1, University of East Anglia) and a Primary PGCE from UCL. I have over two years of experience in mainstream education, including a year and a half teaching Year 5 at Grange Primary in Ealing, and five years working in SEND settings. This includes teaching in an ARP autism unit at Drayton Green Primary School and leading a Year 1 class in a mainstream school in Ruislip.

Alongside my teaching qualifications, I hold an NPQLL in Leading Literacy and a Level 3 TEFL certification. I’ve also been a private tutor since completing my degree, specialising in primary and secondary English, while teaching all core subjects at primary level.

Before qualifying as a teacher, I worked as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), gaining valuable insight into diverse learning profiles and support strategies. My teaching is driven by a commitment to creating engaging, inclusive lessons that meet each learner’s individual needs and help them thrive.
