Hello.

My name is Matt, and I work as a SEN LSA in an ‘Outstanding’ rated secondary school; subjects include English, Maths, and Science.

A native English speaker, with an MA Distinction in Creative Writing and a PGDip in Architecture, I have many years’ tutoring experience; in both one-to-one and groups in English, Creative Writing, and Architecture.

My writing includes three finished fiction novels and over a hundred flash fiction and poetry pieces.

I am eager to get to know my tutees and understand their specific needs, so we can create a personalised lesson and revision plan for their success.

I have an Enhanced DBS and work flexible hours.

Availability: My timetable has availability in weekday afternoon and evenings.

Experience: My school work covers Year 7 to Year 11, with a focus on English, Maths, and Science. However, I am also involved in a cross-section of academic subjects, including History and Geography.

Outside of school, I have provided constructive critique and mentoring for writers of differing abilities for ten years; and also provided tutoring for RIBA architectural students.
