Availability: My availability varies according to my other work but many times are possible including: week-ends, school holidays and evenings.

Experience: I qualified, as a teacher, in 1981 and I have a considerable amount of experience of teaching both adults and children.

I have worked with various learning difficulties and disabilities and this has required me to be very flexible in tailoring support for individual learners.

I enjoy 1-to-1 teaching as it allows for very focused work and it allows me to become familiar with each pupil`s needs and to closely monitor and track their progress.

My qualification in Assessing the Standards of Teaching & Learning Through Observation (University of Hull - 2012) trained me to be critical of other tutors` teaching skills and I try to apply these standards to myself.
