Hello, I`m Ibrahim, a qualified architect based in London with 7 years of professional experience. My expertise extends beyond traditional architecture, as I have worked in various sectors, including architecture, landscape, urban design, and interior design. Additionally, I continuously explore other creative disciplines such as film making, exhibition design, product design, music films and events, allowing me to bring a unique perspective to my work.

As the principal of my own practice, I am dedicated to delivering innovative design solutions and overseeing projects across diverse domains. I am passionate about applying rigorous design processes to the various disciplines I work in, where design outcomes are exploratively found rather than predefined. This approach enables me to push boundaries and create exceptional experiences for clients and users alike.

In addition to my practice, I am also honored to serve as a RIBA Part 3 mentor, supporting students through their RIBA Part 3 qualification. Guiding and mentoring aspiring architects in their professional journey is incredibly fulfilling, and I am committed to helping them develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in the field.

My proficiency with software and design tools, including AI tools, enables me to excel in parametric design, with a particular strength in Grasshopper. I am well-equipped to guide students in achieving high-level presentations through 3D models, virtual reality, renders, animations, films, and even 3D printing. By embracing cutting-edge technology, I enhance communication and visualization, elevating architectural ideas to new heights.

I firmly believe in the power of collaboration and interdisciplinary exploration. By blending architectural principles with various creative disciplines, I foster a holistic approach to design. This mindset empowers students to think critically, push boundaries, and discover innovative solutions.

Experience: I have years of experience in Architectural Practice, I have worked in retail architecture, office buildings, mixed use and residential architecture. In addition I have worked in interior design, landscape and urban design.

I have been involved in a number of crits/juries at the AA since graduating and I am currently mentoring students going through their RIBA part 3 studies.

I have graduated from AA School of Architecture (Diploma) and Newcastle University (BA).
