I was born and raised in France (Perpignan) before moving to the UK to complete my education. I studied at university in England (Royal Holloway) and in France (Aix-Marseille). I am fluent in both English and French and tutored adults and children in the past. I very much look forward to getting back into tutoring!

Experience: I spent a few years tutoring whilst I was at university and thoroughly enjoyed seeing my students progress during our sessions! Sessions can be either boosting sessions ahead of an exam or continuous tutoring to improve the overall level of students and increase their love of the French language!

We had been trying to find a French tutor for our daughter who will be taking her A Levels this summer and had lost confidence especially with speaking. Although our daughter has only had a couple of lessons with Cécile so far she clicked with her immediately and can already see that her confidence is improving.

We are total beginners to French and wanted a tutor who would make us feel at ease and teach French in a fun and understanding way. Cecile made us feel comfortable from the start. She is friendly and encouraging and provides a very positive learning experience and environment. Her tutoring skills are excellent, explaining and teaching us the language in a way that is making it clear and easier for us to learn. I would highly recommend her as a tutor.
