Secondary Maths teacher for the previous 9 years teaching all different abilities from grade 1 to 9.

One of my main assets is the relationships I am able to build with students and get them to build confidence in their mathematical ability.

For the past 6 years I have been working as a year lead in a thriving secondary school.

Availability: I am available most evenings from 5pm as well as Saturday/Sunday mornings.

I can be quite flexible around timings.

Experience: I’ve have been a Maths teacher now for 8 years covering both the foundation and higher tier syllabus at GCSE level. I have secured some excellent results for students across all ranges of ability. In addition, I have worked on a 1 to 1 basis with students focusing on key areas they need to improve their Maths skills. Over the past few years I have also worked as a middle leader within my school on a more pastoral basis as a year leader.
