I am a qualified and practising teacher of MFL from primary to A Level (Spanish and German) in Manchester and currently teach at a local school with QTS (qualified teacher status). I completed my PGCE (teacher training) at the University of Manchester.

In 2020, I graduated with a first-class degree in Modern Languages (Spanish and German) at the University of Durham and I have completed my teacher training PGCE in Secondary Spanish and German (teaching KS3-A Level). I have studied Spanish for 8 years and my level is currently C2 (near-native). I have also lived in Seville and Madrid and thus have a good knowledge of local dialects. I have tutored both GCSE and A Level in Spanish both online, at university, and in sixth form.

I embarked on my study of German at University in 2016 as an ab initio language (from beginner). However, due to the intense nature of this course, I am now C1 level in German too, having spent a year living in Germany and working as a foreign language assistant at a German Gymnasium (grammar school). I have experience tutoring up to A Level in German.

I have A Levels in Spanish, Sociology and History and I hold a keen interest in each subject area. I have also achieved straight A* grades in my GCSE exams. I also have taught English as a foreign language to Chinese students.

I can help you with listening, reading, speaking and writing to achieve your desired grade- be it adult beginner or up to degree level.

I have experience tutoring up to A-Level in Spanish and German both in person and online. I worked for 6 months in a German Grammar school teaching B2 German to refugee students and thus would be happy to tutor up to degree level in both languages- whether it be oral or essay practise.

I also have taught EFL and GCSE maths to Chinese students.
