I am 48 years of age and am now teaching on a full-time basis, having done so previously on a part-time basis for the past seven years or so.

Come from an IT and Project Management background - having been in that field of work for nearly 25 years.

I have a B.Eng (Hon`s) degree in Aeronautical Engineering, an MSc in Software Engineering and an MBA Business and Finance.

Currently teaching at all levels up to and including GCSE - Maths, Chemistry, Physics, Biology and English.

Availability: Weekdays and weekends.

I am able to work at home or in the pupil`s home and can travel up to 10 miles.

Experience: I enjoy teaching and am considered to have a caring approach and I try to make sure that learning takes place in a relaxed but studious situation.

I have a wide experience of working with pupils of many different ages, in small groups or on an individual basis, who have learning difficulties. I have given private tuition to a number of pupils with excellent results.

I always discuss the needs of my new pupils very carefully and aim to build their confidence in the subject. I find that practice in exam techniques invariably helps to rapidly improve grades.
