I am a qualified teacher and I currently teach KS3, 4 and 5 mathematics. I have a strong background in mathematics, having completed A-Level Mathematics, Further Mathematics and a degree in Mathematics. I have been a teacher of Mathematics for a number of years and am up to date with KS3, 4 and 5 syllabi. Tutoring will focus on developing and embedding knowledge, supports with structuring answers, exam techniques, and where students are likely to make common errors.
I am an engaging teacher who adapts explanations to ensure the pupil understands and is making progress. Regular progress checks are made with feedback also given directly to the student.
