I am a qualified English teacher, with experience of teaching across all age ranges. I am currently teaching English and maths to students at key stages 3 and 4 on a one to one basis and am also delivering primary interventions in a primary school.
I have several years’ experience of teaching children and young people with additional needs, including SEMH, ASC and dyslexia. I demonstrate a high level of commitment to my students, with their well-being paramount at all times.

Experience: I qualified as an English teacher in 2009 and have since had a a variety of roles. I have a wealth of experience in SEND, including dyslexia, ADHD, ASC and SEMH. I started my career as a TA in an SEN department of a local high school before becoming a teacher. As a qualified teacher, my roles have been interesting and varied, having worked in colleges, high schools, primary schools and a pupil referral centre; however, for the past 3 years, I have worked as a one to one tutor, which I find extremely rewarding, due to huge difference it can make to the progress of each individual student.
